PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING TIME
We ship across Europe. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 15-25 business days
- Most orders arrive within 20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Standard shipping: €4,99
- Free shipping on orders over €60
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped within the EU are generally not subject to customs duties. For orders outside the EU, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at contact@belleamelingeries.com with your order number. We'll look into it right away and make sure you're taken care of.
